No cancellations or refunds are allowed. The pass is valid exclusively for the 2026 season, from 19 March to 15 November, on park opening days and according to the established opening hours. It does not include paid activities or special experiences unless otherwise stated. It is not valid for access to private events, corporate activities or special events organised by external entities. These discounts cannot be combined with other promotions.
