El compromiso de Sendaviva con la discapacidad es tan firme como transversal. Desde nuestra creación, el parque ha ido ofreciendo de modo creciente múltiples facilidades para las personas con discapacidad y sus acompañantes, teniendo en cuenta criterios de Accesibilidad Universal.
We provide facilities both for arrival and for getting around inside the park:
Reserved parking spaces close to the park entrance (with a valid reduced mobility permit).
Electric scooters and a wheelchair loan service for visitors who need them (a €20 deposit is required and will be refunded when the wheelchair is returned).
At the ticket office, when validating or purchasing tickets for people with disabilities, a fast-access wristband will be provided and placed by the park staff.
Access will take place through the attraction exits or designated access points. Each attraction has its own operating rules and access frequency; the operator will determine how the pass is used in each case.
At the park entrance ticket offices, there is a counter (clearly signposted) equipped with an induction loop system for people who use hearing aids or cochlear implants.
By switching their device to the “T” position, visitors will be able to hear the staff’s voice directly, avoiding background noise and making communication much more comfortable and clear.
