How much time do I need to visit Sendaviva?
The park can be explored in one day, but if you want to enjoy it at a relaxed pace and experience everything — all the shows, the birds of prey exhibition, some educational talks, all the animal areas, and most attractions — the ideal option is a two-day visit.
Tickets and reservations
Can tickets be purchased at the ticket office?
Yes, but purchasing tickets online more than 3 days in advance offers exclusive discounts.
Can I change or cancel the date of my tickets?
Yes, you can change the date by paying a €3 modification fee, and cancellations incur a €5 fee.
Shows and activities
Where can I check show and activity schedules?
You will find them in the Sendaviva app, updated daily. You will also receive the information by email on the day of your visit.
Which activities have an additional cost and how can they be booked?
The activities with an additional cost are the “Planes Molones,” which require prior reservation.
Getting around the park
Is there internal transportation?
No. For sustainability reasons, we do not provide internal transportation.
Attractions and regulations
What restrictions do the attractions have?
Each attraction clearly indicates its safety requirements.
Do I need special clothing for the water attractions?
We recommend bringing a change of clothes and footwear that can get wet.
Park services
Are there lockers?
Yes. We have lockers and luggage storage available at several locations.
Can I leave and re-enter the park?
Yes, with a stamp provided when exiting.
Food and dining
Where can I eat?
We have three restaurants and several cafés.
Can I bring food into the park?
It is not allowed except for baby food.
Accommodation
Where can I stay?
La Posada de Sendaviva is located inside the park.
Weather conditions
What happens if it rains?
The park remains open, although some attractions may be temporarily suspended.
